The Squash and Racketball Foundation

By Fatema on 2013-05-30

The Squash & Racketball Foundation is dedicated to supporting those who encourage more people to play and love our sports.

At the heart of what we do is fundraising to get community projects across the country off the ground that give children the chance pick up a racket play squash for the first time.

We need more children to play our sport so that not only will it give them an outlet to get fit, have fun and meet friends, but it secures the future of squash.

As and when we do have funds to give out to projects we will advertise on our website <Sorry, this link is no longer online> and during times when we can't support you we have invested in a Grant Finder tool that is completely free to use and matches your squash projects against thousands of funding pots locally, regionally, nationally and in Europe. Simply go to our website to find out more.

We are delighted to support the inclusion of squash in the LV=SOS Kit Aid scheme, whereby we encourage squash players to donate unused and unwanted kit so that it can be packaged up and given to projects in areas of deprivation that encourage more children to play squash. Please look out for donation stations in clubs across London and give what you kit you can to support this worthy cause!

You can make a donation to the Foundation via our Just Giving Page <Sorry, this link is no longer online> and follow us on Twitter to be kept fully up to date @thesrfoundation

If you can help in any other way either financially or as value in kind then please do get in touch, we're keen to work with all who want to see our beloved sports flourish.
